The husband said this was the best chicken I have ever made. I did remind him that he has said that before, but he insisted this was the best. The chicken has everything going for it. Its is tender, juicy, seasoned well, has a crispy skin layer and the creamy bacon mushroom sauce is a knock out!

The only changes I made was crisping the skin in the bacon grease prior to baking. I did bake the thighs at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes then under the broiler for about 3 minutes to get an extra crisp.
Corn is a steamable bag with a tablespoon of butter added and salt and pepper to taste.
I charred 4 zucchini in a saute pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and salt and pepper on high. I cut rounds and quarters to add more texture.
