So in my previous full carb life I loved Rachael Ray’s Sloppy Buffalo Joes. My husband still loves them, so I made them a little more low carb friendly and ate mine as a chili instead of a sandwich. I topped the filling with ranch dip and chopped up pickle slices. Very delicious and filling.
